We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive with 2+ years of closing experience to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demo to close—with a focus on mid-sized to large seafood businesses. You should be motivated by hitting targets, comfortable speaking with operations leaders and business owners, and capable of articulating the value of a technical product to non-technical buyers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close
- Develop and manage a pipeline of seafood distributors, wholesalers, and aquaculture producers
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer pain points
- Understand buyer needs and map software solutions to their operational challenges
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Collaborate with Customer Team to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Stay current on industry trends in seafood, aquaculture, and supply chain tech
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a strong record of closing new business
- Experience selling SaaS or complex software solutions (preferably in logistics, inventory, or ERP)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from floor managers to C-suite
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Prior experience in or exposure to the seafood, food distribution, or agriculture space is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
